This notice covers this website and its enquiry form only. YM Anaesthesia Ltd is the data controller for the website. Case papers, medical records and all other material for an instruction are held and managed by Medical & Legal Admin Services (MLAS), and MLAS’s own privacy notice applies to them.

Dr Yavor Metodiev provides medico-legal services through YM Anaesthesia Ltd, company no. 17447443, registered office 77 Westville Road, Cardiff CF23 5DF. YM Anaesthesia Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under reference ZC254579.
Visiting this website
This website has no analytics and no advertising. It does not use analytics cookies or any other tracking technology. My hosting provider, GitHub, processes basic technical information, such as your IP address and the pages requested, in server logs so that the site is delivered securely and reliably.
The enquiry form
- The details you enter are sent by email to MLAS, my medico-legal admin representative, and a copy to me. The website does not keep a copy.
- The details are used only to deal with your enquiry: to check for conflicts of interest and to reply to you. The lawful basis is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR).
- To block automated spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that loads from Cloudflare. It processes technical information about your browser and device, such as your IP address, only to check that the form is sent by a person. The form itself is processed by a Cloudflare Worker, which passes it to Resend and keeps no copy.
- The emails are sent through Resend, an email delivery provider, which keeps a record of each message (including its content) for up to 30 days.
- Please do not include medical records or other health information in the form. MLAS will arrange secure transfer once I am instructed.
- GitHub, Cloudflare and Resend are based in the United States and may process data there. All three are certified under the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and their data processing agreements include the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses as a fallback.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected, and in some circumstances to object to its use or to have it erased. For anything sent through this website, contact me at dr.metodiev@ymanaesthesia.co.uk. For case material, contact MLAS at enquiries@mlas.co.uk. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
